Dr. Jeffrey Spencer is a leading authority on the clinical use of the low level laser and has been directly involved in 40+ World, Olympic, National and Tour de France championships. In addition he has worked with PGA, WTA and NASCAR champions, a World Series MVP, rock legends, and ultra-successful business people.

Spencer, a former Olympic cyclist and 2004 ICA Sports Chiropractor of the Year, received his master’s in physical education and his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California and his doctor of chiropractic degree summa cum laude from Cleveland Chiropractic College, Los Angeles. He has taught post-graduate sports rehabilitation courses and frequently conducts hand-on workshops for the low level laser.
