Welcome to Advanced Chiropractic Group! Our Santa Barbara chiropractors are committed to helping every patient heal, and we are eager to get started on your journey toward pain relief and comfort. Because it is important for us to truly understand your symptoms, lifestyle, and wellness goals, we encourage you to get acquainted with our clinic before you arrive. Let's tackle the basics that every patient should know.
Every patient's experience is truly unique because their diagnostic and treatment needs will depend on their individual symptoms. However, we will always start with a thorough examination and interview. When you first arrive at Advanced Chiropractic Group, you will lay the groundwork for your appointment by filling out some new patient forms. Arrive at least 20-30 minutes early, so you can take your time with the forms and make sure the details are accurate and complete.
When you are ready for your exam, one of our chiropractors will consult with you one-on-one to learn more about your symptoms, condition, and any expectations you might have about chiropractic care. Next, your doctor will perform your first chiropractic exam. Your reflexes, flexibility, posture, neurological health, orthopedic health, and other factors will be tested and assessed. Before you leave, you may have the opportunity to receive your first treatment right away. No matter what, your chiropractor will share their findings and suggest a wellness program to help you accomplish important goals, such as relieving pain, improving your habits, restoring function and range of motion, and more.
Our chiropractic clinic in Santa Barbara is led by a talented team of four chiropractics, Dr. Michael Hergenroether, Dr. Mike York, Dr. Jim Cochran and Dr. Neils Larson. Each chiropractor is fully committed to improving their patients' quality of life with holistic, drug-free pain relief and corrective care. Together, they share decades of experience with traditional and advanced chiropractic procedures. Our treatments range from simple manipulations to sophisticated procedures like the Activator Method, and our goal is always to provide long-term pain relief by promoting healing and correcting the source of damage.
At Advanced Chiropractic Group, we don't want cost to prevent you or your family from getting the care you need. We work with insurance providers to settle claims when possible and make your life easier, and we are also willing to customize flexible payment options for families on a budget. Ultimately, however you pay, chiropractic care is an investment in your long-term wellness.
